General support requests received after 17h00 BST on Friday 3rd May will not be actioned until Tuesday 7th May. Level 2 support customers can contact us over this period via the normal routes and normal times.

Please note that our standard 24×7 monitoring will continue over this period and any issues will be responded to as usual.
